Cameron Sewell-Snyder holding a saxophone

Cameron Sewell-Snyder is a saxophonist, composer-arranger, and educator based in Brooklyn, NY. He holds a Master's in Jazz Saxophone Performance from Manhattan School of Music (2026) and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University's Boyer College of Music (2024), with additional studies at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.

He has performed at venues including Birdland, Dizzy's Club, and National Sawdust, and shared the stage with Melissa Aldana, Ingrid Jensen, Joe Locke, and Shenel Johns. His playing has been shaped directly by mentorship from Dick Oatts, Jaleel Shaw, and Phil Markowitz.

Cameron works 1-on-1 with students on tone, technique, theory, improvisation, and composition — and helps students and families navigate the music school admissions process from repertoire selection to audition prep.
